Powerpoint, Word, and Publisher all work fine. I have been pleasantly surprised with everything so far, no problems except Outlook downloaded all my email again (just had to delete duplicates). I already activated it using the first number. I might have activated it with the wrong number - I used v77rb-***** and now I have a message in my inbox telling me to use 23rry-****. 
Kind of confusing, the first time I logged into Windows Live it did not come up with the product key, second time it did.
I don't know where the first one came from. Previously, the file was x16-19332.exe and now it is professionalplus.exe. I was just getting ready to mark my problem as "OK".
